This distressed asset was an off-market opportunity that was delivered to us in the process of a major renovation with under 40% occupancy. The primary objectives for this property were to complete the lease-up process, complete the upgrades, increase curb appeal via attractive landscaping, and upgrade the AC units to modern energy-efficient models.
