Maple Ridge

Maple Ridge is the second in a series of deals we expect to source with our local management partner. This is the first property Mosch Capital has acquired in the Carrollton, GA Market. The property was very well maintained prior to our acquisition and has recently undergone significant interior and exterior capital improvements. We will be installing new roofs and then bringing the below market rents up to where they should be for an asset with these improvements.
