Mosch Capital was founded with a mission to improve the quality of life for our tenants and bring value to the community around our properties. Our team of professionals carefully evaluate each project in order to see if it is capable of achieving our mission whilst also delivering the above average returns our investors desire.

Our Team

Mark and Daniel Mosch have an extensive background in multi-family real-estate. Mark began a Real Estate Private Equity series of Funds under the name AndMark in 2015 which has completed over $1 billion in multi-family transactions across the country. With his real estate expertise, Mark was able to achieve a 4.2X multiple of Money for AndMark's investors in their first fund over a 7 year hold period.

In order to achieve the same returns we were seeing before aggressive nationwide cap-rate compression and interest rate hikes we have found a niche in smaller deals that require more diligence on our end and that receive less attention from larger institutional groups due to their small size. Daniel’s commercial brokerage background is in this market niche. His experience with small to mid-sized deals has given him the skillset to identify, evaluate, and differentiate exceptional properties from the host of listings out there.

Meet The Team

Mark Mosch

Managing Partner

Mr. Mosch has extensive experience as a principal investor and operator of multi-family assets across the United States. Starting out 20 years ago with an initial 4-plex investment, Mark has overseen the acquisition, sale and refinance of properties with an aggregate transaction volume of over $1.2 billion. Mosch Capital was founded to oversee his several investments in smaller multi-family communities. Mark is also CEO and co-founder of AndMark Management Company which manages over $350mm in equity capital and owns close to 9,000 apartment units across the U.S. Mr. Mosch holds a BA and an MBA from Northwestern University

Daniel Mosch

Partner

Daniel is responsible for the acquisitions, divestitures and daily management of Mosch Capital. Mr. Mosch has 5 years of real estate experience having worked at NorthMarq and Berkadia specializing in small sized multi-family. His background has given him a thorough understanding on how to identify an asset with the characteristics needed to achieve the returns Mosch Capital desires. Daniel holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Andrew Feshbach

Partner

Mr. Feshbach is a founder and the Chairman of AndMark Management Company which manages over $350mm of equity capital invested in multi-family assets. Mr. Feshbach has nearly 40 years of management and investment experience concentrated in distressed acquisitions and growth management. Andrew began his career in 1984 at Bear Stearns, Inc in corporate finance and subsequently founded a small private equity firm specializing in distressed acquisitions. Mr. Feshbach has an MBA from Harvard University and an AB in Economics from UC Berkeley.

Dave Pinson

Partner

Prior to joining Mosch Capital full time, Mr. Pinson was a Principal of Asset Living, a significant national property management company that operates over 200,000 units. Dave began his career at Trinity Multifamily as a regional manager and eventually purchased the business from the founders and became the CEO and managing partner. Over the course of the next decade, Mr. Pinson grew Trinity Multifamily from a small company managing just 2,500 units to over 24,000 units and subsequently sold the business to Asset Living. Having spent his 20 year career managing multi-family and student housing, Dave is a recipient of many industry awards and sits on multiple related Boards. Mr. Pinson has a Bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Arkansas Tech University.
